ScapeCoat Day Retreat
A deeply creative and nurturing day of reflection, personal exploration and connection with the Wild Woman deep feminine archetype.
This day is a transpersonal healing journey for women, an opportunity to reconnect with your deepest self and inner wisdom through story, meditation, connection and creativity.

Following the work of Clarissa Pinkola-Estes, I invite you to create a scapecoat, to show your story, working creatively within a supportive group to provide the opportunity to access your inner 'wild' self, and to draw on feminine archetypal knowledge and wisdom.
The day is one of two retreat days, and is scheduled to last for 12 hours, ending with a celebration and a shared feast of nurturing food.

The day is held in person in Brentwood, Essex. All creative materials, and a cotton 'coat' to work on are provided. The day includes lunch, and dinner and healthy snacks and drinks . A CPD certificate for 12 hours will be supplied.

Ani de la Prida is a psychotherapist, creative arts counsellor, supervisor, lecturer, author and is the founder of the Association for Person Centred Creative Arts (APCCA). She keeps a small private practice, teaches on workshops and courses and is a senior lecturer at the University of East London.
