Hi this is Sam, and alongside Cindy I am delighted to be holding another full day ‘Self-discovery through creative arts’ virtual event.

This experiential workshop, aligning with nature’s energy, combines self-care with insight and ideas to take forward into practice.

Lughnasadh or Lammas is the first harvest festival of the Celtic calendar. In response to nature’s calling our coming together is an invitation to:

~ settle in the to present

~ be with the gratitude you hold

~ notice where to tend.

Our nurturing day will include:

  • Nature based meditation with creative mark making
  • Creative writing insired by natures geometry
  • Small group sharing and whole group gathering
  • Nourishing connection with likeminded peers

There will be plenty of away from screen time
