An APCCA Registered Practitioner is a professional who integrates a person-centred creative arts approach in counselling, psychotherapy, or in other mental health and helping professions. We have two categories of membership;

An APCCA Registered Person Centred Creative Arts Therapist  (Reg.PCCAT) members have undergone professional therapy training and have also undertaken a further person-centred creative arts practitioner training.  Within this category members may be registered practitioners or accredited practitioners. 

An APCCA Registered Person Centred Creative Arts Facilitators (Reg.PCCAF) is a professional who integrates and facilitates person-centred creative arts for a broad range of purposes in various roles and settings such as coaching, education, support, wellbeing, health fields, organisational   development and community projects.  Within this category members may be registered practitioners or accredited practitioners.

Being an APCCA registered practitioner indicates a thorough training, education, supervised experience and a commitment to ethical practice to help ensure that our clients and individuals have a safe, beneficial and high quality therapeutic experience.
